Shipping Information

Standard Shipping: It usually takes 7-9 working days to deliver the order.

Same-Day Delivery: This service is only available in Delhi-NCR, through which orders are delivered the same day within a few hours, charges exclusive.

It will take 7-9 working days (excludes Sunday's & public holidays) to deliver the package after dispatch.Dispatch usually takes up to 2-3 days.

Currently we don't provide international shipping, we deliver all over India though.

We do have started COD but on Selected Items only. To check whether a product is eligible for COD you can check out the Policy Section beside Product Description tab. We charge 100/- Extra & in Advance on all COD Orders.

Payment Information

Payment modes are Paytm, UPI I'd, G Pay, Banking. Currently we don't offer COD.

If you don't receive your order within 10-12 working days, please feel free to contact us via email/WhatsApp number provided in the Contact us section.

Tracking I'd will be provided via email/WhatsApp number provided at the time of placing order.

Orders and Returns

We don't offer returns on a dislike basis, however if you receive a damaged/wrong product, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp number with a proper 360° unboxing video of the product delivered within 24hrs of delivery, and an exchange will be initiated.

Unboxing/Opening video of the package delivered to you should start by showing the slip where your name is written and a 360° view of the parcel before you start opening it, after opening kindly check the whole product thoroughly, if you find out any damage please show in the video itself and send it to us via WhatsApp number/mail provided in the contact section. Please make sure the opening video is made in one go only, we won't accept the video made in pieces.
